These terms govern your use of AiResovia Voice Over ("the Service"), operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys.

2. Plans and payment

Paid plans give a character allowance for 30 days from payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Plans do not renew automatically. Unused characters do not carry over.

3. Your content and licence

You own the scripts you write and the audio you create. On paid plans you may use generated audio commercially. On the Free plan, audio is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Voice cloning

You may only clone a voice that is your own or that you have the speaker's explicit, written permission to clone. You may not use the Service to impersonate anyone, deceive, defraud, harass, or create political, sexual or misleading content using another person's voice. We may remove voices and suspend accounts that break this rule and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful content, spam calls, hate speech, or to infringe anyone's rights. Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Voices from third-party providers may change.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
