Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plans are prepaid for 30 days and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If you paid and have used less than 10% of your plan's characters, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Failed generations

Characters are only deducted for successful generations. If you believe you were charged for a failed one, contact us and we will credit your account.
